This story line is just like batman right?

Billionaire playboy kid has an awakening and comes back to the city to fight crime.

Has (a) parent/parents murdered

a close friend accomplice (Alfred/Diggle)

Both say they use disguises to protect the ones they love.

Ex that is the city lawyer that always gets in trouble.

Secret Lair is under Fathers building (Mansion/Old factory)

Both use the fathers corporation to get cool gadgets.

Both Poor areas of town have cool names (The Narrows/The Glades)

I enjoy the show. Question is who would win in a fight? Judging by the small amount i know about each of them i would say Arrow is far more badass that Batman, fighting wise.

Strictly speaking of film/tv version's of the characters?

Arrow would beat the shite out of Batman. I have yet to see a version of Batman that can fight as well as the Arrow.

Batman would destroy Arrow. He'd know his weaknesses beforehand and already have a plan to beat him.

Arrow has his own "cave" with computers and investigation team. No advantage for Batman there.

Bale was stiff and his fight scene's were lame.

Can he even salmon ladder?

No. I didn't think so.

It would be a great fight, Arrow wins though because of youth.

Are we talking about in the comics or in real life? Because, in the comics, Batman has beaten Superman before.

And I'm pretty sure Batman has defeated the Green Arrow as well.

I seem to remember Batman getting the shite beat out of him and his back broken by Bane in the last movie.

Some great moments in the comics when Batman confronts Green Arrow on his ripping off his entire operation.

Im talking realistically as far as comics go. Of course some gay comic book writer can make up a scenario where batman would beat supes cause of some stupid reason.

Of course Batman always beats Superman in the comics. It'd be pretty stupid to face off a superhuman nearly indestructable alien against a mere mortal unless there's a convenient plot device that allows the massive underdog to win.

Reminds me of when someone beats Saban and Bama.

1 second is Saban's kryptonite.

people really believe arrow would stand a chance against "the" batman?

watch season 2 then come back to this thread. arrow is helpless against a large group that batman has dealt with. also, arrow is still a puppy learning to bark. batman is a seasoned attack dog that has trained tirelessly for years, not for 5.

Green Arrow was originally supposed to be a Batman that kills.
