Small Business Attorney - Partnership Agreement

I am looking for an Attorney for Small Business use. I have an ongoing consulting business and am looking to enter partnership with a couple associates. I need an attorney to help construct a partnership agreement and represent my interest going in. Business is health care finance - accounting functions.
