Anyone looking for a budget/plinking rifle?

Complete PSA Magpul Lower- $170
Upper w/BCG and charging handle- $380
Rear Sight- $40

Total- $590 before shipping and transfer

PSA is good for what it is. I would buy a PSA with no problems. You just have to have a realistic expectation of what you get

I agree. PSA is a lot more reputable and reliable than a lot of the retailers who cashed//crashed into the post-Newtown buying spree.

what would an average firearm owner notice when shooting a PSA rifle vs lets say a BCM rifle?

Fact, although the deal is gone now. I would buy one to shoot steel cased ammo through so as not to frick up my nice ar's

Two stripped uppers from PSA supposedly blemished for $80. Can't find any blemishes to save my life.

With Wolf gold and cheap Federal .223 out there, no need to buy steel
