If Denver asked Dell for Eric Gordon & Ryan Anderson for Gallo or JaVale Magee & The Knicks 2014 pick. Should the make the deal?

with option to draft Embiid, Randle or Parker

Possible 2015 team
Jrue
TyReke
Gallo or Parker or Randle
AD
Magee or Embiid

I would be shocked if the Knicks didn't make the playoffs and those players aren't going outside the lottery.

Maybe they will pull it together soon but they are 9-19 and behind Boston and Toronto in the worst division in basketball this year

The Hollinger Playoff odds gives the Knicks at 27% chance to make the playoffs

Prepare to be shocked because that team isn't making the playoffs

So Dell gives up two talented healthy players for two unhealthy players and a pick we don't have a clue of what it will be?

I don't think you can do that regardless of Gordon's contract. They are atleast contributing to the team.

Haven't you heard? Unknown draft picks are more valuable than any existing player according to some folks' opinion on this board. They have all positives and no negatives. Because as long as they remain picks, they never have to produce.

It would only happen super close to the trade deadline, and if the Pels season was already lost, close to lost, or on a fast track towards lost. It'd be considered a good asset build for the Pels, but value wise right now EG + RA are on the upswing. They should be able to garner more than an erratic center, an injury prone volume scorer and pick. Yet, a lot will happen in the next month

I was wrong. The Magic get the less favorable of the Knicks or Nuggets pick. The Nuggets still have the rights to the better of the two. That said, I still wouldn't do it.

I really do not like the idea of trading R. Anderson.

I would love to get a shotblocking C. The Pacers defensive scheme is to give everyone the long 2. They have PG, lance, and G Hill attack the 3 point ball and let anyone who wants to go into roy go into roy. If we had AD+a solid defensive C, we could pull of a great defense.

I really don't think we'll see many lottery picks moved. The teams that have potential lotto picks know their value.

We're going to have to do something in FA. Find that diamond in the rough.
