I think shorter people generally have better body control too. Shorter people have an easier time dancing I think.

During the golden age of comedy most physical comedians were short -- in fact Chaplin and Keaton were extremely short.

That's what makes Dick Van Dyke so impressive. He was a great physical comedian, and he's tall.

He's listed at 6 feet, but I'm 5-10 and he's shorter than I am. People shrink with age, but 3 inches? I met him in Hot Springs a couple of years ago. His brother lives there and he visits pretty often. You can see him wandering around town.

Saw the movie today with the family, it was really good. We really like these types of "out of the box" comedies.
