My buddy urged me to start Homeland instead, but my infatuation with mob shows may have gotten the better of me. Please tell me this show gets better...FYI I kinda felt the same about The Wire and that ended up being my 2nd favorite show ever.....tell me it's worth it, please

Seasons one two and three all start out pretty slow but holy shite do they end with a bang

I was disappointed with the ending of Season 2. Not let down, just disappointed with where the story went, so I haven't started Season 3. Based on these reviews, I may need to start anyway.

I was a little worried about the story after a couple of episodes, but I love that time period anyway. The story definitely picks up.

Damn. This is my favorite show now that Breaking Bad has ended. Don't give up on it. It's fricking awesome.

it's no Wire, but it is still a pretty damn good show. Stick with it.
