Fifa 14 Match Rating

Playing as a striker in the player career mode. I just finished an away match with an 8.4 rating and got Man of the Match. Looked at my rating on the home screen and it said I got a 3.5.

Formula to success is to start with a 2nd division english side. Get loaned out to an even lower side. Im on load from Millwall to Oxford United in League 2. I have 34 Goals/8 Assist in 33 matches. Im now worth over 3 million. My guy has gone from a 64 to a 72 in half a season. He is literally to good for League 2.

I dominated when playing for usmnt. Of course they stop selecting me to start the top goal scorer(me) during the knockout rounds in the WC. This is while I was on loan to a league 2 team.
Fast forward to this season playing decently well for Spurs. Finally got my first call up this season to usmnt...while I was out for two months with broken collarbone.

Same story here. I really like that 4-4-1-1 lineup. It gives you so much room to work up front and counter attack. They took me out in the quarters and we lost to Uruguay.

I guess nobody else has experienced this but I think I'm done with the career mode. Two matches in a row I ended with 8.0+ ratings only to have my overall season ratings fall. I look back at my rating from the last match and both times it changes to a 3.5.
That's fricking retarded. I guess I'll just stick to the online play.
