Saw them in Denver last Friday and they rocked. Didn't even know what kind of music they played going into the show . I must say, I was impressed. Great show. What say you?

This.

There are a few soundboards of some of their shows this year floating around, one of which includes a J Dilla tribute

I was at that show
Kyle Hollingsworth band opener and Lettuce was extremely funky. The girl they brought on had some pipes. What a great night

Nice!
Yeah man, Kyle Hollingsworth was a great opener as well. I wish I could find a set list somewhere for both of the acts. How cool was it when Dominic from Big G came on stage? I think he was playing "Lettsanity" with them. Loved it!

Currently, yes.

Galactic in their prime with Houseman, probably not.

It is annoying that Galactic keeps having all these side vocalists join in. I get that they are trying to avoid being stale, but in most cases it just doesn't work out.

Easily. Galactic is the whitest, most simplistic "funk" band to attain such a status that there is. Respect to them for their business acumen, though..
