That's what I'm doing. I'm gonna put a 3 hour smoke on them, then flash'em in the oil to crisp up the skin. Then give'em a bath.

TJ's in Baton Rouge does it this way.

I cooked a whole turkey in 3 hours, so some tiny arse wings may be overdone

I just had some breakfast venison we made with a little queso and some of the smoked salsa over the top.

High of 36 with low of 22 today in Chattanooga. I think I'm sitting this one out. I might go if my friend was down but he's out.

Yeah. It's 30 here. And says it feels like 20. Probably pretty cold right off the river where the course is.

I can play in the cold, but no wind mixed with it, debating playing around noon today or wait til Thursday.

34 in franklinton. Bout to tee off. Got hand warmers and some gloves at Academy that look like they could handle Antarctica. I'm ready for this shite
