?

Groundbreaking in that this is the crappiest show that has ever been labeled groundbreaking. I'm not really sure.

I understand they have to pump up their product, buuuuuuuut, c'mon, don't give me that.

It's like CBS marketing took over Fox.

As a drama it's terrible, as a comedy it's great.

More plot holes per episode than any other show ever, but I do love it's shitiness.

FWIW, the commercials on local radio for the Outback Bowl are calling it the "wildest Outback Bowl matchup ever", and call Les Miles "legendary".

I don't remember a station pushing a show before it aired like fox did with this. For some reason I actually was looking forward to this show despite liking maybe 2-3 cable dramas in my whole life. Looked like it could be Luther ish.

Then the first episode rolls around. It was corny 15 minutes in but then at one point kevin bacon is staring at a wall with "NEVERMORE" written on it with blood. He's staring intently for a while and finally, because the rest of the entire police force are a bunch of clowns apparantly, he's like "IT'S POE! NEVERMORE!! HE'S QUOTING POE."

Sherlock Holmes everybody.

Groundbreaking in that no other show ever used the same opening for every episode.

Who is this Joe Carroll guy? Oh wait:

"Carroll was convicted in 2004 for the murders of fourteen young..."

They know that most of the people that watch the show think it's terrible and they are trolling us, making us even more engaged. "Oh yeah, I'll watch you every week just so I can tell the Internet how ungroundbreaking you are "
