Crazy to sit Foles for Cousins?

Two leagues with the same scenario - have both foles and McCoy and don't want to risk two players sitting for a half even though it's unlikely.
I'm projected to roll in both leagues so I just need decent points. Not heavily penalized for ints or sacks, is this totally nuts?

What concerns me the most about Foles is the weather for tomorrow's game.

Eagles may have nothing to play for tmr by the time of their game, that would be a concern....

Foles still has something to play for regardless of circumstances. He is trying to prove to the coaches that he is the answer at the QB position. I would start Foles and McCoy with confidence.
