Those garbage black pants need to be retired. Stick with the standard uniforms. Haven't seen the black on gold in a while. Payton needs to quit redefining the definition of a pussy, which is on par with the way they have been playing.

Meh, I prefer the black pants now since Nike took over the uniforms. The current gold looks terrible IMO.

The story I heard years ago (not sure where, it could have been unreliable) is that Payton likes the black pants because they look like the old Chicago Bears road uniforms with white jerseys and black pants from the '70's and '80s. So if Payton likes them, it sounds like we are stuck with them. I am not a fan. But if the story is "true," that explains why they kinda keep forcing them on us.
