that won't get a new job this year, but could be up for them in a few years. Here's two with LA ties:

Aaron Kromer: New offensive coordinator for the Bears. Was offensive line coach under Sean Payton. O-line and overall offense of the Bears seems to dramatically improve while O-line of the Saints has floundered

Josh Henson: Former Recruiting Coordinator and TE coach under Miles at OSU and LSU. Offensive Coordinator for the much improved Missouri Tigers. Has a few more years with a very young talented QB who has looked good in big games.

Any other names yall can think of

Good O-line coach who doesnt call plays as OC (Trestman does). Didnt look great as interim Saints coach but tough situation. I'm afraid he'll end up like Allen in Oakland.

will be a good one. I see him heading to the MAC and shooting up the ladder ala Urban Meyer

Disagree, i think he stays at MU, to write his resume for a BCS Head coaching gig. He continues doing a great job at MU, he won't have to go the MAC route.

Henson doesn't strike me as a mac guy either, but I don't think he goes straight from oc to hc.

Probably a mid major in tx, ok, ark, la area. Tulsa, ark st, latech and such.
