Listening to local radio here in Phoenix this morning they are gearing up for their game with Seattle this weekend.
Reports are that Seattle mic'd up the screaming from the fans and then recirculated it through the PA system to amplify everything. That record ain't legit. No way an outdoor arena is louder than indoor.

If they are piping extra sound while the opposing team is on offense it is a violation of NFL rules. They could be in big trouble if it is true.

Oh, the irony. Somewhere on EVERY other teams msg boards, this EXACT same sentence was used to describe the Saints.
ETA: To the topic, who cares about records for noise? It's just pushed by the media so they can have filler discussion topics.

That guy is a moron. We know the Seahawks kicked the Saints in the balls, took their lunch money, then fricked their sister. It was bad. No amount of cheating could justify how defeated the Saints looked very early in that one.

your team at their very best can't even sweep the saints when they saints were at their worst and had no HC

I don't know if he cheats or not but he is a big POS. He bailed on USC after he got that program in so much shite.
I wouldn't doubt if the PEDs and piped in crowd noise is legit.
He will likely jump ship (if above is true) and go to the college ranks again.
