NFA Trust Pathway for SBR, Suppressors, and F.A. closing by Obama?

TX Law Trust sent me an email/news release stating that the Obama Admin is trying to close this pathway of SBR, Suppressor, FA devices off and make the CLEO pathway the only one available to citizens.
Has anyone heard anything substantive they would like to share?
Not in a coaching changes board type of way though...tia.

The Proposed Rule:
the ATF has issued Proposed Rule 41P that would require every "responsible person" to obtain Chief Law Enforcement Certification regardless of whether you purchase as an individual, under a trust or other corporate entity.
