On when to announce. Is it planned by the staff to have all of these guys announce at the UA game for the big boom?

most of these guys made commitments to announce at the UA game over the summer, so I doubt the coaching staff had much to do with it

Well, Garrett said that he had been "committed" for months so I'm guessing others have been "committed" as well.

When did he say this? The interview I saw he said he committed immediately after his official.

Not officially, but a interview I saw said he pretty much knew the day of this spring game that he was going to be a Tiger.

Yeah I know some of the kids want that spotlight on TV and all and that's cool. I was just wondering if they try to do something like that for effect. Would it be a good strategy? Just consider the potential "BOOM" for LSU is all of the guys announcing at the UA game go LSU's way the same day.

I'm sure it would/will create some serious momentum, but I think this is more of just a byproduct of having a bunch of national recruits this year
