Need help selecting a DEF + K

I've got pretty good options but I'm struggling with the final decisions.

At DEF I've been playing Arizona all year and they've been beast, but I don't like their matchup. My other options are StL (leaning towards this), Miami or SD.

At K I can't decide between Phil Dawson (SF) and Alex Henery (PHI).

All help is appreciated!
