I've been having the itch to take the rig out this weekend to shoot some reds. How is the bowfishing in cocodrie in the wintertime?

Lumcon weather says its not going to be a good weekend if you will be depending on calm water with good clarity.

FRIDAY NIGHT
SOUTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 20 KNOTS. SEAS 4 TO 5 FEET.
PROTECTED WATERS ROUGH. CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS.

SATURDAY NIGHT
SOUTH WINDS 20 TO 25 KNOTS. SEAS 4 TO 6 FEET.
PROTECTED WATERS VERY ROUGH. CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.

Same as any other time, actually. You need clear water and enough water to move around in. We tried in some marsh around Bay Antoine a few weeks back. We missed 5 or so fish in an hour of hunting.
