Wife finally got him down for a nap. We usually keep his head uncovered, but apparently he wiggled himself down into his swaddle.

Yeah, but as long as he can breath, you're fine. He does that a lot and we're constantly trying to adjust it without waking him up. When they sleep, always on the back and never the stomach.

Don't know if this has been posted here, but Rocket is leaving Bohemia this year to start his own company.

Bohemia has given hints that they are calling in the mod dev community to open DayZ SA up to mods. YEY! Be neat to see some stuff from epoch on standalone.

Man.. I finally got some decent time in with this game and holy hell I am so lost, but i'm having fun. The damn Zombies are relentless. I had to swim across two bodies of water to get the frickers to stop chasing me I managed to punch one to death and then proceeded to F4 the little bastard.

Also ran into two other humans. One was friendly and wanted me to follow them around because I was looking for food. So we were running along the train tracks and all of a sudden we hear someone saying "Here's Johnny". Then some random person pops up out of no where and starts swinging at us. We tag team him and beat the shite out of the dude and eventually killed him. He was like me though, with nothing worth a damn on his person.

What is the most effective way to loot for items? I want to find a backpack because being able to only carry 4 things is lame. Also, I was bleeding last night and had an open slot in my inventory but I still couldn't take my shirt off and use it as a bandage.

Over four years old and here we are. New updates to Stress tests, .63 experimental, along with full Beta and 1.0 goals this year, maybe its time for our own DayZ thread discussion outside of TOTD.

For starters, here, lets talk about the full .63 experience available in single player mode

Yeah its been about a year off. Crazy and when those mods come....you are probably looking at a resurgence like the Arma 2 mod.

Was gonna try that as well, they said it performs even more poorly offline due to your PC having to do everything instead of the servers or something like that.

Stress test inbound! 9:30am until 11:30am ish

Fixes since the last test

ADS (aiming down sights) controls now set on left Shift by default

fixes for errors occurring in crafting, weapon and inventory manipulation that could cause follow-up issues in client/server communication

additional logging to help us debug the build

dry fire fixes

fixes for improvised objects crafting

fixes for the unintentionally greyed out menu when injured/after disconnecting from the server with a dead character

tweaks to the login queue time system

some fixes for the issue with characters getting locked out of the server

some new animations added


*** Update ***
Stress test #2 over, some critical bug found and they had to shut it down to fix. Hopefully they do another this weekend
