anyone starting Ogbonnaya?

Standard scoring. He has a good matchup with the Bears and espn is really high on him projecting 14 points. But I don't trust him.
I also have in my lineup:
Leveon Bell vs. Cincinnati
Steven Jackson vs. Washington
But I have on my bench:
Victor Cruz vs Seattle
Torrey smith vs Detroit
And can start them in the flex.
So I guess the question is, pick 3 out of those 5.
Eta: bonus question for a different league.

I was thinking Cruz was my first man out. Hate his matchup and he hasn't been doing much lately. Of course that probably means he will go off today.
