A rice and sausage breakfast casserole:

Cooked rice, with chunks of cooked country sausage, sautéed celery and onion mixed in and a can or two of diluted cream of celery soup over the top. Cook covered in oven at 350 for thirty minutes.

Yeah. As has been said the only thing I can think of is a. Breakfast casserole. I love them. Easy peasy japanesey.

You can fancy it up with some good deer/pork sausage and a really good cheese but I'm more than happy with Jimmy Deans and Kraft shredded.

I'd say if you were in Lafayette to get a few dozen pepper jack boudin balls at Billy's.

This is mainly because I've been craving the pepper jack boudin balls from Billy's a while now and if you would show up somewhere I was with a mess of them for breakfast, I'd think more highly of you.
