So it's been suggested that this could signal a move in the near future, possibly for another big man. Not a blockbuster trade, perhaps, but a useful one.

bullshite? Likely?

I kind of hope not. Tomorrow is a pretty big date, as lots of guys become available for trades then. But I kind of want the team to play together for a little while and see what they do.

What DLeaguers would be better than Withey/Amundson?

I could see the return of Lance Thomas though.

A move is coming.

Monty has been talking to dell about the "dec 15th thing" according to Jim E. Report before Grizz game.

I'd keep an eye on Denver.

Denver either moves a wing, loses Hamilton to FA in the summer, or pays the tax next year..

Chandler
Miller
Galo
Hamilton

Someone gets moved and I doubt it's miller bc of low value and small contract savings if dealt..

Chandler is my guess if Denver is the partner.

Don't think Dell wants another injury prone player tho.

I'd think either Chandler or Gallo. Both of which I'd be excited about. If it's Gallo, it might cost Gordon though.

It has been said that the Pelicans are in win now mode. Gallinari had surgery in June and can't even run yet.

I think they're just leaving their options open since it's that time.

er NBA rules, free agents who signed before Sept. 16 can be traded beginning on Sunday. With that in mind, it's somewhat intriguing that the New Orleans Pelicans released Josh Childress on Friday. Could they be in the market to fill that open roster spot with a trade?

“(General Manager) Dell (Demps) and I have been talking about a number of things,” coach Monty Williams said. “He and his staff are out there looking at everything right now.”

As Darrell Williams of the Advocate notes, the Pelicans could use a "big-body power forward/center," since they are trying to roll along without Anthony Davis for at least another few weeks.

Presumably, if the Pelicans do make a swap, it likely would be a low-level deal to give them some frontcourt depth. There haven't been any specific players connected to the team via trade rumors, but this is something to keep an eye on in the coming days.

Denver is a strong possibly with chandler or hickson once McGee and Gallo come back.
Phoenix is another team making some moves. I could see maybe a push for a Morris twin and plumlee to add depth to the 5 and 3.
I prefer the Denver move considering they have a ton of depth at 2 positions we are in need of and Gordon would help them as well in the 2 position. Just a thought

I don't think anyone wants Eric Gordon including NOLA.

I think Tyrus Thomas would be a great pick up. low risk, but high reward.

Is this dude even playing in the league right now?I'd rather trade for someone who at least is getting some minutes.
