Almost all of my friends that I see talking about this show are girls, and they're like "OMG, Scandal gonna end a show like that?" followed by a bunch of stupid hash tags.

I have one guy friend who watches it, and swears by it, but I really don't trust his judgment because 1) he's young (19) and 2) he has what I call super lonely guy syndrome. It's where a guy is single for so long that he takes an inordinate amount of selfies (really, if you're a guy, selfies should be off limits imo), and share relationship memes.

He hasn't quite gotten to that level yet, but he is prone to things like listening to Coldplay, or watching Hitch and liking it.

So what say you? How is this show? Is it just Pretty Little Liars for big girls?

Wife loves it (no pics). I watched one episode and thought it was bad. Night time soap opera. --Having said that I'm also a guy that enjoys Beverly Hills 90210. So don't take my word for it.

Washington isn't to bad to look at though.

The show is very much geared towards women. I watch and and it's good. Nothing special. A couple times you get really untested but it's very average IMO. I just record it and watch when nothing else is on

It's definitely geared towards women, and it has a liberal slant, but the show is addictive.

It's actually a political thriller/spy novel/family drama/soap opera hybrid. And most of the time, it works because it's so over the top.

I was skeptical at the beginning, because I thought it was a "women's show," but I still enjoy it.

One of the roommates started watching it on Netflix. I saw one/two episodes and I have no interest of ever watching another.

It's too over the top for me.

Me too. It's a little over the top, but enjoyable.

Tonight is the season finale and my wife is crazy over this show, as well as my aunt. My wife can go on and on and recite an entire episode to me. I for one am glad the season is coming to an end.
