Headed there for dinner after work (forgot I bought a groupon to the place a few months back and it expires soon). Any suggestions? Is the place even good? Do they have a bar I can sit at? (going alone probably)

Does have a bar. I went once and sat there. It was pretty shitty, to be honest. They were out of brisket. The chicken was super dry. The pork was bland.
The sides were uninspired. I think I had greens and beans.
I drank Canebrake, which tells me the tap selection was also kinda meh. I'd say don't go, but if you've got the groupon to burn better you use it on yourself than take someone there.

Yeah kinda wish I read reviews before I bought one, but I only paid $5 and getting $15 worth so guess I'll try and find something worth while.

Ended up getting the brisket platter and a sweetwater 420. It was alright, glad I didn't pay full price. Would rather Bookoo.

Me and the wife are fans. She likes the shepherd's pie. She eats like a bird but cleared the plate. I've always had good experiences there. My only gripe is they're skimpy on the BBQ sauce. I always have to ask for more.
