Looking for a place that I can get something somewhat healthy and not relegated to fried food. No salads please.

Tan Dinh and it ain't even close

+1 on Tan Dinh, but I'd also go to Banana Blossom Thai or Pho Tau Bay. The goi ga (cabbage & chicken salad w/herbs) at Pho Tau Bay is the antithesis of fried, packed w/raw cabbage, poached chicken, and a refreshing, greaseless dressing.

Tan Dinh is a good recommendation, as well as Pho Tau Bay. If you aren't feeling asian You could grab a sandwich at Mo's PIzza

The food at Pho Tau Bay is cleaner than Tan Dinh to me, and the portions are smaller. I like Tan Dinh better but when I want light, I head to PTB.
