All you Alabama fans keep saying how obsessed LSU is with Bama if they care this much. Why wouldn't we care that the best team in our division is losing the best coach in football?
Seems pretty good for us

As an LSU fan, i dont care. We have the talent but coaching is way behind.

I don't think they are really surprised.

Anything that throws a rival into turmoil is good for us. You better believe the popcorn would be out on other boards if this was happening to LSU.

Why are LSU fans surprised that Bama fans are taking their non-anger emotions out on joyous LSU fans?

They feel shitty and need to deflect their anger/uncertainty elsewhere. Believe me they will be going nuts with arrogance overdrive once Saban gets the huge raise Sexton is extorting out of Bama.

Wouldn't you agree that LSU has had pretty good success against Bama with Nick being there? So are you in better shape playing Bama with Saban once a year in conference or Texas with Saban in a playoff game for the NC, if you get there?

I'd take my chances in the playoff, rather than have to play him to get to the SEC championship game. Plus if he's here, chances are we'd play Saban twice a year. Regular season, then playoff, if we get there. We know he'll be there.

We might have a better chance of getting there now....

However, i think Gus could move Auburn into BAMAS spot as top dog in the West.

It's not that we are surprised, its just how giddy and obsessed you are with it. It's like you see at as your only chance, like you've admitted defeat to Alabama and Saban and that your only hope is if he leaves. That's what is surprising.

Auburn is in their second title game in four years, I'm not sure LSU has had more success than anybody else aside from Alabama. They haven't won a BCS game since 2007.

And since Gus had AU playing Bama for the West they are relegated to being 3rd in the West, with A&M and Ole Miss on their heels. Yeah I guess I can see why now.

I'm talking head to head specifically. LSU has 3 wins vs Bama since '07. I don't know Auburn's head to head record with them.

Les Miles is what he is....his coaching isn't changing at this point so after 8 years of the same, what do you think would be the mentality? Les has done respectable against Bama, but still second fiddle. I mean, don't these games get played for the purpose of winning? What's the point if you don't strive for #1? Miles isn't getting fired for winning 9+ seasons every year. Also, not happy about the pipeline to Louisiana recruits Nick has been developing lately...need that to end.

NFL franchise won't pay him $10 million per year for a guaranteed failure. They won't even pay $3 million.

We don't care about you wanting him to leave, I would be right there with you if the roles were reversed but it's just level of begging and hoping and praying that is so funny.
