Heading that way also, and need a place for dinner on Friday night. I did some reading from prior post and saw Virago mentioned a lot. We have a steak dinner for Saturday night so this might be a good alternative but also looking for other options.

Any food really, bachelor party, we are willing to get a little pricey

attire isnt an issue unless its coat and tie, well dressed, late 20's guys just exploring different city we dont know much about

so we will have at least one nice dinner night

I'm gonna try and give a fairly detailed post.

Burgers
Gotta go to either Pharmacy Burger or Burger Up in my opinion.

Burger Up - 12 South neighborhood. Get the Woodstock burger

Pharmacy Burger - East Nashville

BBQ
Edley's - 12 South

Peg Leg Porker - The Gulch

Hot Chicken
Prince's Hot Chicken

Bolton's

Hattie B's - Midtown - much better atmosphere than the others

Pizza
5 Points Pizza - East Nashville

Bella Napoli - Music Row

DeSano - Demumbreum

Nicer restaurants
Husk - Downtown

Rolf and Daughters - Germantown

City House - Germantown

Margot Cafe - 5 points/East Nashville

Lockeland Table - East Nashville

Silo - Downtown

Whiskey Kitchen - The Gulch. Definitely more of a bar. As the name suggests, it has an extensive whiskey selection. Food is really good though.

Kayne Prime - Downtown

Virago - Downtown

Watermark - Downtown

Tavern - Midtown

Drinks, appetizers, bar food
Patterson House - Music Row/Midtown

Holland House - East Nashville

12 South Taproom - 12 South

Kay Bob's - 21st/Vanderbilt.

PM - Belmont Blvd

Fido - Hillsboro/21st

Marche - East Nashville

Ask me anything else and I'll tell ya. Nashville really does have a plethora of great options. Otherwise, just pick one of these.

You might wanna bring a coat. It has been snowing.

ETA: The Predators play the Sharks Saturday night if y'all are into NHL hockey.

I prefer Jack's to Rippy's if I'm on Broadway. There is still much better BBQ throughout Nashville than on Broadway.

Also, a burger at Paradise Park or Robert's usually does the late night trick as well.

Holy shite pence. I was going to come in here and smugly point out how lame everyone's suggestions were. You've been busy...

I would add whiskey kitchen gets pretty dark on the weekends.

I like samuari sushi at Ellington.. great but city vibe and there's usually someone famous sitting near you.

My favorites for lunch are Calypso, fish tacos at Baja burrito (local one), pizza perfect, Thai fuket in the double wide and Athens.

Bookmarked because I'm flirting with a move to Nashville.
