So now the folks in Alabama agree that Saban is working on contracts and money, and not just skipping through the heather doing ordinary things without a care in the world. One way or the other, someone is about to get soaked and Saban is leveraging the situation for a couple of million bucks, even though his existing contract is not expiring.

That's the guy you want?

Texas can easily throw in $10 mil per year with the added possibility of buying off all his bad debt.
