Well one of my favorites is what I'm sipping right now alone, on my front balcony with my boots on the banister watching a misty drizzle in the what mid 40's? Two fingers of 25 year old Macallan 25 that I pull out from the back of my closet about twice a winter and remember. I'll freshen a finger in a few minutes then it goes back into the closet. If it was left in a liquor cabinet my heathen friends would have chugged it years ago.
A wonderful old friend gave it to me years ago and I toast his honor and death.
"To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die."
