Are you tired of eating a piece of bacon and pepper with every bite of duck, just because the city people you cooked it for cant handle the brute manliness of the meat? Well this works well. Ive posted the recipe before, but here are some pics. i had such success this weekend, i figured i should enjoy some fruits of my labor

These are the ingredients i use to make my sauce
Place ducks in sauce, marinate as long as you want
Place bacon strips on grill basket

Duck cutlets in the basket. Feta cheese and fig sprinkled in. Seasoned duck with more toneys and sugar and cinnamon mix. You could also cut up onion, bell pepper, mushrooms etc

Place bacon over the spread, close grill basket. Smoke or grill for 30 mi. Eat duck med rare

You can even eat the bacon if you want. Mine marinated for like 20 min and my city slicker wife devoured it. Specially those teal
