Welker or Decker this week

I have both who needs to start this week Welker or Decker, Decker just had a huge game and usually after huge game seems that players have somewhat of an average game. I'm thinking Welker since they are playing the Titans defense and he may be more of a possession type go to guy in this game. It's a PPR league
