Cleveland Browns QB Jason Campbell (concussion) will start in Week 14 against the New England Patriots after being cleared from his concussion suffered in Week 12. Campbell had two good days of practice, according to head coach Rob Chudzinski. Campbell will be listed as probable on the official injury report. The backup quarterback duties will fall to either QBs Caleb Hanie or Alex Tanney.

Would you rather Alex Tanney or Caleb Henie start over Campbell?

Talib is good, but he is no shutdown corner. I think Gordon will be fine.

He held Jimmy Graham to zero catches earlier this season. I agree with you but he has the capability to lock down a great WR.

Well locking down a TE and a WR is two different animals.Im thinking NE will double him with Talib all day.I wouldnt be surprised if that other WR for Cleveland dont have a big day.

Actually, Talib has been a top 5 lockdown CB in the NFL this year. Not sure where you got that hes not a shutdown CB from. Hes literally ranked as 1 of the best "shadow" CBs in the NFL this year, at #4 behind Sherman, Joe Haden, and Patrick Peterson. . In a 3 game span where he played VJax, AJ Green, and Julio he gave up less than 200 yards and 0 TDs.

Talib has literally been 1 of the best shutdown CBs in the NFL this year

But I still think Gordon will be fine. Pats will be up a good bit and beat the crap out of them, and then Gordon will explode in garbage time. Exactly what he did vs Pitt.

BINGO!
Heres to NE resting Talib in the 2nd half

Would you still start Gordon if you had A. Jeffrey as an option?
