Yeah yeah the place with the pig cooked a million different ways. How's it priced?

Am I thinking of the right place?

What are you talking about? Cochon? They have the regular restaurant and then the butcher sandwich shop next door. One cost more than the other.

Would be awesome if we had a Bouchon in New Orleans, so you'll have to go to Vegas for that.

Both Boucherie and Cochon do things with pig parts, but I bet you are talking about the latter. Cochon is good for a group get a bunch of apps and pass them around.

Where and what exactly is it?

This is the only link I found, which puts it at 4900 Prytania -- which would put it somewhere around Creole Cremery/Crepe Nanou.

LINK

Must be one elusive arse place, because I've never seen or heard of such a joint.

I now know why the name sounds familiar

I bought one of my friends that likes to bake a Bouchon Bakery cookbook for Christmas last year. It's one of Thomas Keller's places.
