For someone who has always called LSU "DBU", brought family in for a visit and the coaching change at USC do you see him committing here?

I also see quite a log jam starting to form in the secondary:

Safety:
Corey Thompson
Ronald Martin
Rickey Jefferson
Micah Eugene
Lionel Williams

Cornerbacks:
Dwayne Thomas
Tre'Davious White
Derrick Raymond
Rashard Robinson
Jalen Mills
Jalen Collins
Jerqwinick Sandolph

Along with about 3 walk-ons for each position and so far three/four commitments with Battle, Paris and Voorhies and possibly Chark.

Add Brown, Adams possibly Gage and not to mention we already have Tolliver the following year seems there might need to be some position changes or some players transferring?

Only them two are better or higher ceilings than Adoree. No Log Jam. As seen this past year in the secondary; Talent plays first and foremost

I agree i read that. But it will be hard to get him away from the west coast.

But if he does pick LSU. i will be the happiest SOB on the planet.

There will be a lot of processing in the secondary this offseason imo. We have the space to take all these guys on, but that's a lot of resources to have tied up in just your defensive secondary, and especially with so many of those guys just not doing anything that makes them irreplaceable.

Honestly, given our 2014 haul, I only see Thompson, Jefferson, White, Robinson and Mills in the rotation for 2014. Maybe Thomas. That doesn't mean all the other guys are getting the boot, but at least some of them will and those who aren't won't see the field much IMO. But that's 12 names up there, and we're poised to bring in the Texas trio, possibly Adoree, and then Battle and Voorhies. We can't possibly afford to have 18 scholarships going to the secondary if we're getting, at the most, 12 of them in the rotation.

This kid was not born and raised on the west coast. He moved there temporarily to get away from some trouble where he did live(believe it was st. Louis Missouri). That is why he was so open to Florida and now LSU.

I think if we get Adams... The DB class will be complete. They will make room if needed for Adoree but if they dont get him i dont think we offer another DB in this class

close call but when LSU lands all the other big fish there will be no ready made spot for him. ie. it want be clear that he gets here and plays early. he will have to beat out brown, paris, white, robinson at corner. he will have to beat out quille, dupre, quinn, noil at wr. USC may be able to offer him a quicker, clearer path to the field as a freshman.

It may be in a limited role similar to this season, but Collins will also be in the DB rotation next year. Guy is only a sophomore and has an impressive skill set if he figures it out

Safety position is wide open at LSU. Plus, the best DB will always start here, seniority means nothing.

if nothing else the guy is a freak athlete and could easily be returning punts from day 1

Yes he is from St Louis and thats where his parents are at now. He parents loved the visit and yes LSU is a major player for Adoree. Everything i had read about him he loves LSU, but in the end i think it will be hard to get him from USC. thats just my opinion.

These will be the guys in rotation and their backups will be the incoming kids. They ones I left off will either be passed by, transferring, or dismissed (going strictly off rant rumor for this one).
