Yes, and I've also seen Saban to ___________ rumors every offseason for the last 6 years.I think this is the 3rd offseason in a row that Saban has been going to Texas.
Last year he was going to the Browns and Texas at the same time.

I agree with him that no formal agreement is in place. You can't offer a job for a position that isn't available yet. He also said he hasn't talked to Saban, which is likely true as almost all contact would be through his agent.
Finally, like most government jobs, a position will have to be advertized for a fixed amount of time before it can be filled.
In the end, everything is speculation and Mack may be staying put for next year for all anyone knows.

I doubt Saban goes there, but I hate to break it to you but this quote above is just BS.
If you think that a multi-million dollar anything doesn't have plans or thoughts about changes months in advance for any major change you are kidding yourself. Just from a pure business stand point they have plans already, if not they are being very incompetent.
