Headed to the quarter for a bachelor party Saturday.
This place is good on paper, but have yet to ever hear anyone talk about it. Looking to eat a few dozen oysters, first of the year. Anything else at this place stand out?

I've been and had
Some chargrilled oysters and a bowl of Seafood gumbo. Not much to the gumbo imo, but the oysters were good.

I know one of the line cooks there and he says it's a pretty short-cut taking, mediocre restaurant. That being said, it's a bachelor party and not your personal choice, but I think one could have a decent meal there. If it were me I'd get a dozen raw oysters and a fried shrimp poboy or bowl of gumbo. That list of entrees doesn't appeal to me.

A friend of mine loves the place. I've never been. He sticks with oysters, though, and mostly the chargrilled.

The raw oysters are good, the redfish or oyster beignet app is also very good, the oyster BLT is great. Crab claws are good and come with a great sauce that sops up well with French bread. I really like this place, been a few times and it is worth it.
