I just watched last nights episode. I still like the show but they need to get on with the main story arc fast. These week to week episodes are becoming repetitive and seem like every other cop drama just set in the future. Next week looks promising because they are focusing on Urban's girlfriend from the pilot.

The only episode I didn't like was the sexbot episode. The other three have been pretty good.

I've watched them all so far and I get what you're saying about it being just another detective or cop drama. At times it sort of feels like I'm watching early seasons of Fringe.

But I think it's got great potential and I have enjoyed it thus far. I absolutely love the chemistry between Urban and Dorian the robot. It's a perfect combination.

The main boss chief captain lady is a putrid actor though. Hopefully her character gets killed off quick. Like next week.

Same here. They cast very well for the main characters and they have good chemistry.

If you're worried about getting bored with the one and done, weekly mystery formula, give it time. It won't stay like that for long.

Urban is probably one of my favorite actors, I like his Bones more than the original. I know I will get shot for that one.

Still watching, I really enjoy it but do wish they would get back to the main story revolving around his girlfriend and that crime org. I guess they needed to establish his background as a detective and his relationship with his partner robot before they could do that tho.

I think it has a lot of potential going forward.

J.J.A and Wyman have said on a few occasions that they are going to make this show much much much more procedural than Fringe became.. I guess you could almost say they are really trying to pull a Fringe first season, but even then I feel like this show will probably stay more procedural than Fringe ever was... even in the first season.

Similar to how PoI was the first season?

Meaning more weekly cop drama and less scifi serial? I actually don't mind this yet. I like the chemistry between Urban and Dorian. They're no Shawn and Gus, but they're not a bad team. I feel like everyone else is pretty superfluous to the show though. The tech guy is the only one that doesn't feel like just a filler character.

This has become one of my new favorites. It's got the Minority Reportesque cool future tech, and the chemistry between Kennex and Dorian is great.
