Then I saw this: "Nuclear winter has come"
And it seemed like it was fallout out related to me.

Thanks to the ever-diligent work of r/Fallout, this has been fairly quickly decoded. The first part (up to “PIZ”) is the code instructions. Keyed Vigenere cipher, reverse alphabet, passphrase Vault Tec. If you head to a site like this one hit the drop-down to say ‘decrypt,’ type the alphabet in reverse into the ‘alphabet key’ box, add ‘Vault Tec’ as the password and paste in everything from “PIZ” you should get the following:

Fallout references I assume?
I played FO3 a little bit but could never really get in to it. I think maybe after playing Skyrim and getting familiar with the Bethesda style of gameplay I may give it another shot down the road one day

Fallout 3 is awesome once you get into open world Washington dc .
think Skyrim but in a post apocalypse setting and with guns
kinda dated now. Was amazing back in 2008 when I played thru and actually had patience
the world was incredibly detailed. Every town, outpost, building told a story. I enjoyed fo3 more than skyrim personally. And skyrim was good.

Yep. Came out yesterday that it was a hoax site. All be it a damn good one but damn. Why would you toy with our emotions like this? That's just down right cruel.
