For those that use them, what hunting/lunar apps have y'all found to be the best?

I wouldn't put too much stock in any of them

Dr. Grant Woods has stopped publishing his profitable Daily Activity Index (DAI) calendar, mainly because his studies led him to believe it wasn't altogether a reliable tool for hunters. The DAI was extrapolated from information regarding lunar phases and the daily rise and set times of the moon. "I had to give up on the DAI because a recent study of deer movement showed that it just wasn't accurate enough to be completely effective," says Woods. "At best, the moon is a minor secondary factor in predicting periods of daily activity and is easily overwhelmed by many other local factors such as wind speed, hunting pressure and air temperature."

I like ScoutLook because you can mark your stands and get an approximate temperature at all of them. It gives you a nice portable layout of the map of your camp.

That sounds cool, it would be sweet if someone took those features and added predicted activity before and after fronts, and plotted changes in barometric pressure and air temp.

Anyone on the OB know how to code apps and wanna make some cash?

i have huntpredictor...got it on the playstore...it is an algorithm of several different factors.....windspeed, air temp, barometric pressure, peak feeding times, moon phases, etc....it has been pretty accurate so far...have seen the same doe several times when the app said to go hunt...this could also be cause she is very predictably eating my corn...but i do like the app...

I use scoutlook before every hunt to check the hourly wind direction before I choose a stand.
The new one with the deer log is pretty cool. It lets you log deer sightings and will record location, time, temp, barometric pressure, lunar phase, etc.

I also use Deer Scouter. It allows you to mark rubs, scrapes, blood trails etc.

Has anyone looked at www.huntsoft.com. Curious to see what the experience has been. A friend sent the link to me but I have not used it yet
