Playing BF4 on PC with controller

Will mouse/keyboard users have a huge advantage or just a little one? I tried using mouse/keyboard but have a hard time adapting. Using the 360 controller feels way more comfortable but I've been terrible in the multiplayer games so far. Granted I've never played BF before this weekend.

They'll have a major advantage. I would get used to the KB/m since it'll help you in many other games as well

I tried it on BF3. Got arse raped so learned KB/M quick.

How is the advantage created? Is it just that much quicker to hit the keyboard than to use a controller? Or am I missing something?

Like he said, its more accurate, and one of the reasons you see auto aim on a lot of console FPSs.

I've never used a controller before other than old Nintendo systems (been PC gaming since I was 5), but from what I'm told KB/M gives a massive advantage.

I used a controller for almost 100 hours on PC I think, eventually decided to make the jump. They do have a big advantage over controllers, but if you are a decent player you will still do well.
