So looks like Bama gets to sit at home while others have to play championships so Bama can back its way back into another national title.

If either OSU or FSU loses their conference championship game, the winner of the SECCG will go to the BCSCG.

That includes Mizzou who will jump bama if it wins the SECCG and finishes 12-1.

That is according to ESPN's BCS guru this morning.

this means BCS will probably have bama at #4

but this means nothing because if Mizzou wins they will jump Bama, and if OSU or FSU lose Mizzou will be in the title. MIzzou is ranked 5 because I don't think human voters respect them enough, and they don't have any big huge wins that the media is talking about. They are kind of a National Championship Dark Horse. Everyone will be talking about FSU and OSU having to win and can Auburn Jump OSU. But if Mizzou wins they could easily go to the Title, there is no way Bama would finish ahead of Mizzou if they win next week.

it doesn't take a BCS guru to guess that if there is one unbeaten the SEC champ will go to the title.

Mizzou is currently behind bama so some people might think bama moves into the BCSCG slot instead of a victorious Mizzou team in the SECCG.

If this scenario played out, it would infuriate me to no end.

sure some people could think that but you would have crimson colored on glasses to think that Bama would get in over a 1 loss Mizzou.

RIght - AU and Ohio State lose and watch what happens

Missouri is out - same as 2011

Almost like this has gotten rigged by the media like the rest of the nonsense that people believe

No way that happens. That scenario was only possible "IF" aTm had won last night. One of either AU or Mizzu will definately be ranked higher than the Gumps at seasons end. The real shame is that it looks like Urban Cryer's team will get the opportunity to have their shite pushed in.

On another note...get ready for an all out ESPN blitz by the little dwarf who only likes the media when he needs them. Let the begging begin...

Voters won't let this happen. 2011 was a once in a lifetime anomaly.

No way they vote in a 11-1 team over a 12-1 conference champion.

If It did happen, then I would be the first in line to join the tin foil hat Bama conspiracy theory crowd.
