Given that there will be 4 teams with better records than LSU:

Auburn
Mizzou
Bama
USCe

Where would that put is in the bowl pecking order? I assume SECCG winner and Bama will go to BCS, then Cap one will take either USCe or SECCG loser and the Cotton the other one. Chicken won't take us, so... Do we end up in Gator Bowl?

I would love to get in to a bowl game with USC and i mean Southern cal and beat the holy living hell out of them. I think miles could get his team motivated for that

I still think Cotton, but if Mizzou wins Auburn could drop us to Gator

Two SEC teams are in the BCS, that's a given Bama and SEC champion

If Mizzou wins we are almost guaranteed the Cotton.
If Auburn wins it could be Outback.

Mizzou win scenario

Bama - Orange
Mizzou - Sugar Unless in MNC
Auburn - Cap One
USCe - Outback
LSU - Cotton
A&M - Chicken (JFF draw)
Gator - UGA (no Murray not as attractive)
MCB - Ole Miss
Liberty - vandy
Compass - State

Auburn wins
BAma - Orange
Auburn - Sugar or MNC
USCe - Cap One
Cotton - Mizzou (old SWC team)
Outback - LSU or A&M
Chicken - LSU or A&M
Gator - UGA
and so on

Cotton and Outback are actually on equal footing and pick simultaneously. They both agree on who each is going to take.

Auburn wins,

Sugar/MNC- auburn
BCS at large - Bama
Cap-1 Mizzou/USCe
Outback-Mizzou/USCe
Cotton- LSU
Chicken - Texas A&M

If Mizzou wins
Sugar/MNC - mizzou
At large- Bama
Cap1 - USCe
Outback- LSU
Cotton - Auburn

Or

Sugar/MNC - mizzou
At large - Bama
Cap1 - auburn
Outback -USCe
Cotton- lsu

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the Outback Bowl would go with the SEC East team, USC, in this case. So you're thinking Cotton?

Just a note. The Cap One Bowl rarely takes the SEC Champ loser. Last year was an exception. Would not surprise me at all if they took SC.

It's happened 4 times since 2003 that the loser went to a lesser bowl and every time the loser was ranked 10th or worse.

Not the case this year. They've never passed on a team ranked better than 10. The loser will be a top 8 team no doubt.

So we agree:

Orange: Bama
BCSNC/Sugar: Auburn/Mizzou
Cap One: Auburn/Mizzou
Outback: USC (but they often go there)
Cotton:LSU
CFA: A&M

I think that's a likely scenario. I don't think Chicken wants LSU again anyway

Winner of SEC championship goes to sugar or bcsnc
Loser goes to cap one
Bama to at-large bcs bowl
USCe to outback
LSU to cotton
aTm to chicken

I see some people predicting an SEC east team to the cotton and than is to outback

The problem with that is that cotton has first dibs on west after BCS and cap one and outback first dibs on east. If either wants to pick from the other division they must wait for the other bowl to pick. It's very unlikely that the outback would pass on USCe or Mizzou. If the cap one picks seccg loser than outback will obviously pick USCe meaning LSU should go to the cotton
