Jennings's game winner reminded me of Mauck's vs. UGA in '03--almost same exact spot. I don't know what it is, but I feel like we've won more games with a decisive score than than the SEZ (Notable exceptions: '97 Fla and '07 Fla).

Here are some other thrillers that ended with Tiger wins where the winning score was made in the NEZ:

'88 Auburn
'95 Auburn
'01 Tennessee
'03 UGA
'05 Auburn
'07 Auburn
'10 Tennessee
'13 Arkansas

SEZ is known for defensive goal line stands.

in OT games coaches usually tell the players they want to defend that goal because it's by the student section. I know 2000 Tennessee and 05 Auburn were OT games.

Bert Jones to Brad Davis against Ole Miss in '72 with one second left (south end zone) and LSU stopping Notre Dame on the goal line like a bazillion time in '71 (north end zone)
Say hi.

Both end zones have seen their share of heroics in 89 years.
