Cold Smoked Dry Venison Sausage - Any processors make this in Louisiana?

A buddy of mine brought me a few packs of cold smoked 70/30 deer/pork "Special Dry" sausage from Eddie's game processing in San Antonio I'd like to get some made this year, if I can find a place to do it. It's like a sausage sized snack stick with a heavy smoke flavor, perfect for the blind/stand. I haven't seen it offered at any processors that I've used. Have any of you had it or know where to get it done around here?

I'm in AR but they all do that around here. I would think there's someone around you that do it.

Never heard of Eddie's before, gonna have to go check them out in a day or two. Looks like it's about 20 minutes from my house.

I think Indian mound grocery does it. They are off of Greenwell Springs Hwy in Pride. I know they sell the dry beef sticks and deer sticks by the register. That stuff is like crack. They process deer as well.

CTF, Indian mound grocery is 15 minutes from my house. You gotta get in the woods if your gonna have deer to process.
