Vote: Do we need a stickied thread on this board with rules?

Similar to what the Fark board has.
Too often people post a thread asking advice, but don't include enough information (such as scoring style, matchups, etc.).
My proposed rules would be:
"
If you are asking who to start:
-Include your league's scoring style (standard or PPR) and number of teams in your league
-Include matchups for the players you are asking about
If you are asking about a potential trade:
-Include your league's scoring style (standard or PPR) and number of teams in your league
-Include rosters of both teams
-Include current records of both teams
If you are asking about picking up a WW player:
-Include your league's scoring style (standard or PPR) and number of teams in your league
-Include players on your team that you are willing to drop to pick up said WW player.
If you don't follow the above Fantasy Board rules, your post won't get many responses.
"
Is this something we need or is this unnecessary?
Feel free to comment on the rules I've listed or propose others.

Everyone bitches in the first 6 posts of the thread about what needs to be included; it's usually resolved quickly enough.

Kind of my point. We could avoid some of that for new people coming to the board. I'm not saying I necessarily think it's something we need, it was just a thought.

Often I've pondered the same thing.
Start a vote count in original post.

I usually don't pay attention to the downvotes and upvotes on posts, but I just happened to look at my OP. My post has been downvoted twice. I'm not going to count those as votes since I would like to know why someone disagrees.
I'm guessing most of the FB Regulars would be in support of this.

My only complaint about having a stickier rules thread is adding to the cluster at the top of the board and as Amos said it usually gets resolved quickly
It's not a YES or NO. I'm indifferent. It's just a thought

It's not needed. No one follows the rules as it is.

I'm in favor of the proposed rules, kinda seems like necessary info in making those decisions

Oh wow. I'm a moron.
In my defense, I haven't heard anyone say sike since middle school.

I just wish people would put the players in question in the subject.
When I see a thread subject like "who would you start out of these players", I typically skip it. Or "trade advice".
I'm much more likely to click on a thread when I see the players in question because I might have interest in those players or they are on my team, and give my 2 cents.

We could add that to the rules/suggestions.
Are you voting yes?
