Anyone ever made their own windshield for a utv? Thinking about looking into it, don't really feel like spending $200 on one

NO--an idea though...commercial grade clear tarp---attach grommets w/ lots of heavy duty zip ties...

Get a sheild made for golf carts. They are cheap, made of thick visqueen material. Put on and take off with bungee cords.

4ft x 4ft of 1/16" Lexan for $40 and some change on McMaster Carr. A little pit of trimming and some fasteners you should be good to go.

like ducks said lexan, drill holes and use rubber washers on both sides of lexan, so it wont crack from vibration.don't wipe dust of dry! it will scratch the hell out of it
