Where are the folks that said that Miles has lost this team? It sure as hell didn't appear that way as of yesterday and Les and co had a hell of a game plan. Also, where are The Libery Bowl rep's on here that were set on LSU going to Memphis? Oh well, enjoy y'all sky if falling mentality while I enjoy the fact that we just beat the living shite out off JFF and the Ags. Won't be having to hear their bs for a whole year.

The coaching staff put together the perfect gameplan and the team executed it to perfection. That all starts with Les

Just wait, these folks won't go away. they are just lying in wait until we lose another game or win a close one. these "experts" will never be satisfied with les miles.

i wish it would be a whole year but probably it will last about a month and then the excuses will come forth just like last year....

-it was the weather (auburn likes this one too)
-johnnies hand was injured
-the refs gave LSU the game
-etc, etc

come to think of it, these LSU folks you refer too will be saying the same thing. many of them can't stand it when LSU plays well. they will only refer to the vast amount of penalties and how the players pulled miles' arse out.

I read a bit of the game thread last night. Leading by a couple tds in the wary 4 th qtr, all you read was about the penalties. Now, I'm not defending the penalties, but damn, the negas we're screaming for Les's head.
You are right. There will be no praise for the fantastic job the coaches yesterday. If anything you will hear how Undisciplined the team was, moved the ball on a third rate D, blah blah.
To me it was the best, most complete game the Tigers played this year and CLM, CC , Chief and the rest of the coaches deserve the game ball.

I question the loyalty of anyone that did not enjoy this game. Sad thing is there are many.

There isn't any question that lsu has a large amount of really shitty fans. It was even more obvious when people were complaining and making excuses why lsu won. You would think winning a game like that, you would be happy if you are an actual lsu fan. It's sad that an embarrassing amount of people that call themselves "fans" can't enjoy wins because of their anti lsu football program agenda.

I haven't said Miles lost the team, but I did put out a thread about "this game will tell us a lot about Miles" and to me it did. I have questioned whether Miles has lost some of the respect of the players and yesterday the players showed that is not the case.

He got the team freaking fired up to play, and had a great game plan and stuck to it. The team and the coaches deserve a freaking hell of a lot of credit. As I stated in previous posts I thought we would win but I never thought it would be in the fashion.

Props to Les Miles and company he deserves it from yesterday's game.

You're either drunk or retarded. I defy you to point to one lsu fan that did not enjoy the game. I know I did, and I'm still a critic of miles. Please, carry on with your moral preening.

Pretty much spot-on. I think Les had a brilliant game plan for yesterday. We didn't want a shoot-out, run the ball and keep JFF on the bench.

It's not as if Miles has been here for 8 years or anything.

Give it a week, people will start making excuses for this win the next time we don't completely dominate a team.

The negative culture on this board is still around but they know they can't come out right now because their arguments don't hold water. They'll just go back to complaint and justify their vaginal cramps on the Ole Miss game.

What they've done since yesterday is discredit everything LSU did and chalk up how A&M played to everything else but LSUs defense and how they played.

Nega and not ashamed to admit it.....MJ hit it on the head....any LSU fan that didn't enjoy that game is a fking dolt. But please don't tell me this one game fixes all that ails this program....ok? It was a complete team effort and I'll credit CLM for getting the team ready FOR THIS GAME.
I'd would think that every fan though would still appreciate a little more consistency and a few less brain farts throughout a 12 game season.
That said, let's curb stomp the Hawgs, refrain from shiteing the bed in our bowl game, lock up all those youngsters standing on the sidelines yesterday and things will certainly be looking a lot rosier...k????
In the meantime, I'll abstain my vote on sainthood just yet.
Have a super great day....., and

This was a great win. We disguised well, played man against the best receivers we've faced all year. It was a lot of fun to watch D play this week.

But Chavis still has to be creative against lesser quality QB's vs. just this soft zone bullshite. This is his Achilles heel IMO. Even today, our front four wasn't anywhere near recent past teams, but they had someone coming from somewhere to help, and it was creative.

I think Miles is a little too conservative & predictable, but I understand that leaves you open for an ole Miss fiasco like this year. If miles loses 3-0 but it's in the trenches it's sits better with his philosophy, also IMO.

Teams do not quit on Miles.

Yup I give him hell after a bad game. But I give him tons of credit this week. He had his team READY to play. That was my biggest concern. I knew we had the talent to beat A & M, just was worried about focus. Great job Les!!!!!

What it comes down to is this: We as fans, myself included, think we know, but we really don't know. (a la Jim Mora)...we hire and fire coaches, demote and promote players to and from the starting line-up, etc. etc.

There is no way any of us would have predicted any DB on our roster could do the job RR did on Evans, or the job our D line did on Manziel.

All I've ever tried to do during my lifetime of LSU fandom is call it like I see it, wether I'm right or wrong is another matter. But, what I saw yesterday was a defense coming of age against a great offense and a Heisman QB. To me that is a great sign going forward into next season.
