So UPS shipping PS4's and Xbone's has been a disaster

Are you sure yours is coming UPS. They don't deliver to APOs all stuff going to APO s goes through the postal service

Ups delivered my ps4 from amazon which a chunk/dent in the box, I was pissed but it works

thats false, ive gotten stuff from UPS,Fedex and the post office

It's also close to holiday season, which is when UPS delivers to my house around 9pm, and packages always look like they've been through hell and back.

still nothing. Two guys in my unit got theirs today after having one of the guys mom buy it and ship it last week.

UPS customer service was really no help, it was like talking to a bot.

Initial Question: No updates on my package since Saturday the 16th

Jonathan: Shouldn't i at least have got a tracking update it reached the staging area for USPS

Jonathan: So basically you are telling me you have no idea what happened to my package. Which happens to be a Playstation 4 which is an item that this time of year could very well go "missing"

I don't know if you have Twitter but you might consider posting these details and tag UPS. I've seen some positive resolutions after people publicly criticize the handling of a customer service issue.

I checked the USPS site with the tracking # and all it said was departed a sort facility on the 17th. So i emailed USPS.
