Weekend 3 of 10; hunting camp cooking

Friday night we put out a cheese plate and a deer summer sausage plate, then hit em with some New Orleans style BBQ shrimp with grilled bread, then crusted and baked speckled trout one a bed of butter and garlic green beans.
With a lil old fashion.

Homemade croutons coated in oil, salt, mustard and garlic then ground up real fine.

Looks great but do you think the food would taste any different on paper plates or plastic bowls? Screw washing plates, bowls, silverware after every meal.
