So I just finished the first season of Homeland. I thought it was pretty good but I find they focus too much on Carrie's mental state. I actually thought it would be more action, similar to 24. Does it get better or worse from here?

I think it gets better - but not because there's more action, or they focus less on Carrie's schizo'

it's not going to veer too much off the general themes of season 1, nor the way the tell the story. But I think it gets more intriguing and suspenseful

if those 2 things were detractors for you, not so sure you're going to be much more pleased with 2 & 3

Anything related to the CIA remains pretty good. Anything having to do with Brody's family will have you looking to strap a bomb to yourself. I think it's still pretty good.

It becomes me 24 esque in Season 2, so you are in for more action.

I like Season 1 better tho.

I'm not necessarily looking for the action of 24 but I did always really like suspense that 24 left you with. I'll probably keep watching.

Carrie and staying in vans will frustrate you worse than Kim, cougars and babysitting.
